Returns or Damaged in Transit
When your package arrives, please take a few moments to inspect the items to be sure they have arrived in perfect shape. If it appears that any items have received damage in transit, please let as know so that we can make arrangements for either a replacement item or a refund.
We do indeed accept returns on unopened merchandise if you change your mind about an item within 10 days of receipt. Simply save your packaging materials, send us an email or give us a call at 412-487-7411 to let us know to expect it and a refund will be promptly issued upon our receipt of the item.
We account to Uncle Sam so Little Coon Creek retains transaction related information (name, shipping address, email address...) however, we do not retain credit card information. We do not track any information after a shopper leaves our site.
From our checkout page, your credit card information is encrypted and securely passed to GoDaddy Online where funds are authorized, captured and processed. Unless requested, we do not manually enter online transactions so it's not necessary for us to record or maintain sensitive payment information.
Email Address Privacy
At the present time we do not maintain a mailing list. You will receive communications from us related to a transaction only -- an Order Receipt email and if you have ordered tangible goods, you will also receive an email with shipment and tracking information.
We have indeed considered putting together a newsletter but if we ever get one going, we promise to never send you unwanted email. Newsletters will go out only to folks who have specifically checked the Add Me to Email List on the checkout page. We're not the sort of folks who would flood anyone's inbox with emails every couple of days anyhoo. For us, it might be more like once a month or so when we get in new items or put items on sale.
Newsletter or not, we promise to never share your email address or other information with any other parties and we promise never to send you email without first giving your consent.
